Roland took off as a professional ski jumper from some of the most amazing ski jumping hills around the world. To give that ecstatic feeling of flying some balance he also glided with cross country skies through the most beautiful forests. The concept of Yin and Yang or the balance in between two extremes was found already very early Roland’s development. He is a very passioned and dedicated martial and energy arts practitioner with over 25 years of experience within the field and has a professional background in neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, applied psychology, physical therapy and acupuncture.
